Documents: FEI passport or national horse passport with the veterinary matters approved by the Equestrian Federation
Accommodation: Accommodation at own expense.
Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.
Accommodation for
horses: Information about horse accommodation possibilitys and prizes in nearest horse stables will be sent with stage schedule.
Entry right to
showgrounds: Entry to the horsecar parking area is permitted only with badges. Entrance badges will be distributed from secretary office as follows:
1 badge to the rider;
2 badges to the grooms;
2 badges to the owner of the horse.
Medical aid: Ambulance at the area of the event
Veterinary: Treating veterinarian and farrier at the area of the event
Prize money: At least 25% of riders and not less than 5 in every competition will receive prize money and rosettes.
Prize giving ceremony will take place ten minutes after the end of each competition.
Tax will be deducted from the prize money distributed to the owners of the placed horses.
- The overall winner of the amateur class will receive laptop;
- The overall winner of the young horses class will receive 15 000.-EEK;
- The overall winner of the young riders class will receive KIEFFER saddle;
- Open class overall prizes are:
1. place - 3000 EUR
2. place - 1000 EUR
3. place - 500 EUR
Nominated entries: Schedule with more information will be sent before every event
Points from the Event: The competitor may compete on un-limited number of horses.
Only the best result of every competition will be counted (look at the table for counting points), only the competitor will have the points of the best horse.
If one competitor attains 1., 2. and 3 place he/she will get the points of the first place. The 4. place attained competitor gets the points of the second place etc. (competitor who has started with several horses don´t hold on to points.)
In summary count the points of five (for fanciers 4) best rides what are made in stages and the points of final.
In the Final points will be multiplied by the coefficient 2

Open Class – 1-st day140 cm, 2-nd day 130 cm

Young Riders (until 21 yrs) – 125 or 130 cm

Young Horses (5.-6.yrs.) – 115 or 120 cm

Amateur Class – 105 or 110 cm
Other Information: Specific schedule and other information per each event will be sent in time before the event by the OC Other questions will be solved by the Ground Jury in place.
Compulsory Veterinarian and Farrier fee is 30.- EEK per horse for every event.
Insurance:
All owners and competitors are personally responsible for damages to third persons caused by themselves, their employees, their agents or their horses. They are therefore strongly advised to take out third-party insurance providing full coverage for participation in equestrian events at home and abroad, and to keep the policy up to date.
In competitions 1a and 1b can one couple of competitors to start only in one calculation.
In competition 3a started competitors can get calculated in competition 3b as well, in case they have paid both start payments.
In competition 7a started competitiors can get calculated in competition 7b as well, in case they have paid both start payments.
NB! Up to 16 year riders have to wear a safety jacket!
