GENERAL CONDITIONS


This event is organised in accordance with:


- FEI Statutes, 21st edition, effective 21st April 2004,

- FEI General Regulations, 21st edition, effective 1st January 2005,

- FEI Veterinary Regulations, 10th edition 2006,

- The Rules for Jumping Events, 22nd edition, effective 1st January 2006,

- FEI Special Regulations for Pony Riders and Children, 8th edition, 2006,

- All subsequent published revisions, the provisions of which will take precedence.

- An arbitration procedure is provided for in the FEI Statutes and General Regulations referred to above. In accordance with this procedure, any appeal against a decision rendered by the FEI or its official bodies is to be settled exclusively by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne, Switzerland.

- It is the responsibility of NFs to ensure their participants are of the correct age.

Meals for the participants at their own expense - available on the competition area. Banquete in Pärnu Night Club Bravo on 12th of May 2007 from 20.00 free of charge for competitors, for others 250 EEK including food, soft drink and entertainment.



  1. HORSES / PONIES

Transport expenses to be paid by the competitor.


Stabling arrangements, from the 10th (12.00 o’clock noon) to 14th May 2007.

Price for stabling for horses taking part in Main Competition is included in starting fee. Stabling for other horses for the same period in 826 EEK per horse.

  1. WELCOME

The time and date of arrival of riders and horses and their means of transport must be given to the OC in order to facilitate them on arrival.


Parking places for transporting vehicles: /lorries, buses/ and cars in indicated parking places near to the stables.


  1. LOCAL TRANSPORTATION - ARRANGEMENTS FROM HOTEL TO SHOWGROUNDS


OC will ensure local transportation to banquete and back

All complaints to be valid must be made in writing and accompanied by a

deposit of 150 CHF or equivalent.



  1. PRIZE - CLASSIFICATION (Art. 128, 129, 130)


  • The leading rider classificationa will be made after every competition.

  • The classification will be announced at the end of each competition.

  • As per art. 130: prize money will be granted to minimum twenty five percent of participants in every competition.

  • At least 5 riders in every competition will be distributed.

  • Deductions from prize money: all prize money is subject to Estonian income tax of 22%

  • Money prizes as per annex.


  1. INSURANCES


All owners and competitors are personally responsible for damages to third parties caused by themselves, their employees, their agents or their horses. They are therefore strongly advised to take out third-party insurance providing full coverage for participation in equestrian events at home and abroad, and to keep the policy up to date.
